A therapeutic method of Hot Hatha . The duration of the 26 postures builds overall strength and stamina while detoxifying your body and creating mind/body healing. The 26 postures of the series are performed in a precise order, systematically working the entire body.
Hot & Soul 26 will teach students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body.

A vigorous 60 minutes of Yoga that will awaken and restore the body. This total body workout targets and tones every muscle group while elevating the heart rate to create cardiovascular endurance.

This powerful class (60 & 75 minute classes offered) will focus on Upper & Lower Body and Back & Core strengthening while creating cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic class will awaken and tone every muscle throughout the body by using your own body-weight with great emphasis on building a strong core.
We recommend that you take a minimum of 5 Hot Yoga Classes (H&S 26, Power Vinyasa or Warm Beginners) offered on our schedule before taking your first Core Power Yoga Class.
A 75 or 60 minute moving meditation that links breathe to movement, while building strength and stamina. The synchronized breathing helps to achieve conscious control of the body. This method of breathing relaxes the mind and body and releases any blockages of energy flow through the body. This class will vary with each instructor. All levels welcomed. More advanced practitioners are encouraged to find their edge and depth by moving on to more advanced postures.
This 75 minute practice of combined Hatha and Raja Yoga ignites the entire bodily system. A varying series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures are taught. The class concludes with a guided deep relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation which will induce calmness and simultaneously invigorate the student.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
Our Young Yogis Class encourages children Ages 8-11 to explore and discover the body in a fun filled way.
The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
A Signed Parental Consent Form is required for participation.

This Vigorous 60 minute class targets upper body, abdominals, thighs and glutes. The precise movements followed by stretching creates long and lean muscles. This intense workout is done in a safe, heated environment.

This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus with a lower body workout in between.

A combination of Mat Pilates exercises offering a Flowing Pilates Warm Up emphasizing flexibility, spinal articulation, and movement;
class transitions into a challenging strength circuit of Isolated and Integrated exercises. Expect a Fully Dimensional Workout that tests
your Core, Balance, Mobility and Strength. Class ends with a Pilates Cool Down and restorative release.
