At Hot & Soul Yoga, our mission is to provide high-quality Hot Yoga, Hot Barre and Hot Pilates classes that are accessible to everyone. Our team of experienced and certified instructors are passionate about safety, health and wellness and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients, regardless of experience or ability level. At Hot & Soul we offer the perfect combination of state-of-the-art heat & humidity that is recirculated throughout the studio and practitioners have the luxury of practicing on the World's leading yoga floor, Zebra Yoga tiles. Our studios are cleaned and sanitized before and after each class and are beautifully maintained. Hot & Soul offers mat rentals . Smart water, towels, grippy socks and a variety of branded merchandise is available for purchase.
Hot & Soul Yoga Middletown offers ample parking, two showers and child care Monday-Friday 9AM-11AM.
Hot & Soul Yoga Colts Neck offers ample parking and a spacious studio.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class.
Eat a light meal at least 90 minutes before class.
For yoga, please bring mat, towel and water.
For barre, please wear Grippy Socks, bring water and a
