We are the ONLY studio in Monmouth County offering yoga classes before 5:30 AM, with a great community of committed instructors.

First time or seasoned yogis, all fitness levels are welcomed at Hot & Soul.
Our committed instructors can accommodate students of varying abilities.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class.
Eat a light meal at least 90 minutes before class.
For yoga, please bring mat, towel and water.
For barre, please wear Grippy Socks, bring water and a

Cost is $10 per child and you pay with cash upon arrival to the babysitter
