come to class well hydrated, drink plenty of water!
eat a light meal at least 90 minutes before class
bring a mat, towel & water, also available for purchase or rent at the studio
keep our yoga studio a peaceful environment, please leave shoes, cell phones and pagers outside of the studio along with your personal belongings. We have lockers!
avoid wearing strong scents when attending class
come to class showered to remove any natural oils from the body.
wear light moisture wick workout clothes & bring a change of clothes for after class
