A 90 minute hot vinyasa incorporating the Anuttara yoga philosophy. A challenging flow that creates tremendous internal body heat allowing you to sweat followed by periods of meditation in between sequences. The practice is refined by focusing on mudra (energetic seal), bandha (locks), drishti (gaze) and history. Suitable for all levels.


Hot & Soul 26

A therapeutic 90 minute method of Hot Hatha . The duration of the 26 postures builds overall strength and stamina while detoxifying your body and creating mind/body healing. The 26 postures of the series are performed in a precise order, systematically working the entire body. Hot & Soul 26 will teach students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. All levels welcomed.

Power Vinyasa Flow

A 75 minute moving meditation that links breathe to movement, while building strength and stamina. The synchronized breathing helps you achieve conscious control of your body. This type of breathing relaxes the mind and body and release any blockages of energy flow through the body.. The class will vary and with each instructor. Our Vinyasa Flow is a beginners class that invites all levels and also encourages our more advanced practitioners to find their edge and depth by moving on to more advanced postures.

Young Yogis

Our Young Yogis Class encourages children Ages 5-9 to explore and discover the body in a fun filled way.
The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
