Hour of Power

A vigorous 60 minutes of Yoga that will awaken and restore the body. This total body workout targets and tones every muscle group while elevating the heart rate to create cardiovascular endurance. All levels welcomed.


Hot & Soul 26

A therapeutic 90 minute method of Hot Hatha . The duration of the 26 postures builds overall strength and stamina while detoxifying your body and creating mind/body healing. The 26 postures of the series are performed in a precise order, systematically working the entire body. Hot & Soul 26 will teach students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. All levels welcomed.

Power Vinyasa Flow

A 75 minute moving meditation that links breathe to movement, while building strength and stamina. The synchronized breathing helps you achieve conscious control of your body. This type of breathing relaxes the mind and body and release any blockages of energy flow through the body.. The class will vary and with each instructor. Our Vinyasa Flow is a beginners class that invites all levels and also encourages our more advanced practitioners to find their edge and depth by moving on to more advanced postures.

Hot Barre

This Vigorous 60 minute class targets upper body, abdominals, thighs and glutes. The precise movements followed by stretching creates long and lean muscles. This intense workout is done in a safe, heated environment. All levels welcomed.


Core Power Yoga

This powerful class (60 & 75 minute classes offered) will focus on Upper & Lower Body and Back & Core strengthening while creating cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic class will awaken and tone every muscle throughout the body by using your own body-weight with great emphasis on building a strong core. We recommend that you take a minimum of 5 Hot Yoga Classes (H&S 26, Power Vinyasa or Warm Beginners) offered on our schedule before taking your first Core Power Yoga Class.


Warm Beginners Yoga

This is the perfect 60 Minute class for the beginner Yogi or more experienced Yogi. The studio is warmed to relax the body, allowing the muscles to lengthen and stretch. This class allows you to work at your own pace while encouraging exploration of new asanas to enhance your practice.

Hot & Soul 26 Express

The 26 postures of the series are performed ONCE in precise order, systematically working the entire body. Hot & Soul 26 will teach students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. All levels welcomed.

Hot & Soul 26 Silent with Music

Enjoy 75 minutes of Hot & Soul 26 in silence as music guides you through your asanas. In this sequence you will practice two of each breathing exercise and two of each posture. There is no dialogue, therefore, practitioners must attended at least 5 Hot & Soul 26 Classes prior to attending Hot & Soul Silent Class.


Dharma

This 75 minute practice of combined Hatha and Raja Yoga ignites the entire bodily system. A varying series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures are taught. The class concludes with a guided deep relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation which will induce calmness and simultaneously invigorate the student. Removes stress, enhance balance, flexibility, increase strength and restore vitality.
